Caspar (Health) raises six-digit figure

Former Food Express founders started Caspar – not the matress but a medicial app – after Delivery Hero decided not invest any further. Caspar aims to digitalise rehab sessions. Now, the company raised a six-digit figure from Christophe Maire from Atlantic Labs, Fonds Think.Health Ventures and Helmut Nanz, owner of Germany’s largest rehabilitation center.

First investment for Personio

Munich-based HR-startup Personio raised a €2.1 million strong seed round. Rocket Internet’s Global Founders Capital and Picus Capital, which belongs to 97 per cent to Alexander Samwer, participated as well as further business angels and the fashion company Stylight also joined.

SoundCloud offers Vinyl

Berlin-based music sharing platform SoundCloud will offer to get SoundCloud playlists as a vinyl. Though we’re all moving to digital music services, vinyl is still a thing for those who love music. Here is how the new service will work: Once a user has created a list, it will need to be published and voted for by enough users.

Check24 to be more transparent

A court ruled that Check24, an insurance comparison website, needs to be more transparent towards its users. That means that the company acts as an agent and therefore receives commission.

Exporo raises €8.2 million

Hamburg-based Exporo is a crowd investing platform for real estate. Now, it raised €8.2 million from, Holtzbrinck, Sunstone, and BPO Capital. The investment will be used to grow.

Six-digit amount for Stagelink

Stagelink, a platform for bands and internet stars to interact with their fans, raises a third funding round. A six-digit figure came from Chione who led the round. CDM, comedian Carolin Kebekus and Thomas Hesse (from Bertelsmann) also participated. The investment will be used to expand.
