Wimdu lays off staff

Berlin-based and Rocket Internet-back Airbnb copy cat Wimdu seems like it hasn’t taken off as planned. Rumor has it that the company laid off people during a restructuring process. Having started in 2011 to compete with the American original, Wimdu seems like it won’t make it. Even a €90 million investment didn’t help.
