Conceptboard, the Stuttgart-based collaborative whiteboard service, has announced that it has raised “a 6-figure funding round” from High-Tech Gruenderfonds and Seedfonds BW for its Series A funding round.
CEO Daniel Bohn stated that the company’s goal is to “set up Conceptboard as an open platform and to co-operate with software and hardware suppliers”. The company are also advertising for a series of Engineer and Dev positions on its website.
Conceptboard works as an online whiteboard that allows members of projects to collaborate in real time on visual or document-based projects. The company recently announced it had added Google+ Hangout functionality, so that Hangout video chats are now integrated into the app.
