Google Cloud Platform Developer Tour

Highlights: Every participant gets a $2,000 voucher for Google Cloud Platform

The leaders of the Google Cloud Platform team are coming from California to Berlin on 1 and 2 October 2013 to show developers how to run their apps and services on Google’s infrastructure. The first day will have talks about the products and architecture and the second day will have eight hours of code labs. The registration is free on the event website.

2nd Germany-Israel Hi-Tech Forum

Startup Beach Volleyball Liga

Sports LigaDate: 6 October – 1 December 2013
Location: East61 (between Ostbahnhof and O2 Arena)
Price: €25 per player per month (€150 per team per month)
Highlights: The first beach volleyball league for Berlin’s startups!

The summer is more or less over, but the Urban Sports Club wants to prolong your beach and summer feeling. Join the Beach Volleyball Liga and compete with eight startups for the crown of Berlin’s (indoor) Beach Volleyball Champion.

Games will be held every Sunday from 5-7pm for two months. Teams of six will play two games per match day in 4-vs-4 modus. For more info and to sign up:

Highlights: The football league for Berlin’s startups is back!

Following the great success of the first Liga season, the Startup Liga is back for the fall season – and larger than ever: Now with 24 teams on three days per week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays (already booked out) & Thursdays.
