Already her title breaks with all conventions. Cordelia is Head of Menstruation at Berlin-based vegan start-up EINHORN. In the fall of 2017, the marketing expert quit her corporate job at Beiersdorf to start breaking the taboo around menstruation at EINHORN and develop their fairstainable period products that hit dm shelves on March, 1st 2019. With new work elements like no hierarchies, transparent salaries and social entrepreneurship at EINHORN, Cordelia knows both old and new economy. She found how these two can benefit from each other to build purpose-driven environments that foster innovation and sustainability and are fun to work in.
EINHORN is a social vegan startup selling vegan condoms and fairstainable period products from organic cotton tampons to menstrual cups. EINHORN is re-investing 50% of their profits into the fairstainability of their products. Their products are listed at dm, Germany's biggest drug store chain. With it's various new work approaches, the company made a name for itself as a pioneer in the field of new work.
