Elisa started at einhorn three years ago as the Head of Fairstainability. Her responsibility was to manage the company’s value chain, to make it a little greener and the people a little happier. With a growing team she eventually took this idea to a new level. Her aim now is to build the happiest and most motivated team, ever. For now, this means, eliminating hierarchies, establishing little to no rules, unlimited vacation days and lots of room for communication. People often refer to this as new work. Elisa is also part of the democratically elected salary board at einhorn.
