Raphael heads HERING SCHUPPENER's Digital Hub. He advises companies in all questions of digital transformation and strategic communication. Core issues are the opportunities for business models, reputation and stakeholder engagement in the digital Age. Raphael has been an Associate Director at HERING SCHUPPENER in Berlin, before he took on the role of Head of Public Policy Germany at Metro AG. The digital and social dimension of public affairs and communication was his main focus, among other things he developed the “digitale Hauptstadtbüro” for Metro AG. Prior to that he worked as a personal advisor for a party chairman, at the permanent representation of Germany in Brussels and in a federal ministry. Raphael Neuner is vice chairman at de’ge’pol e.V. and he lectures on Digital Public Affairs.
