We are looking for an online marketing superstar to drive customer acquisition and retention on the UK and German site and our future markets. Highly creative, data driven and with a passion for e-commerce, you will be responsible for setting the global online marketing strategy, kickstart our online marketing in the UK and ensuring successful execution to achieve ambitious revenue targets. A natural leader, you must be comfortable across all digital media channels and able to lead a young, enthusiastic team.
You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic to our online shops and converting visitors into customers. Highly experienced in SEO and SEM, you will systematically improve our visibility in the search engines and manage our PPC campaigns. In addition you will drive traffic on a performance basis through different kind of display advertising and build an affiliate program. Finally, you will work on building the email channel plus develop our social media activities on Facebook and beyond.
A pivotal role, you will need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have plenty of drive and initiative to get things done, with minimal supervision. 5 years+ online marketing experience, ideally in an ecommerce or start-up environment
Graduate, preferably in a business/marketing or computer science related field
Strong knowledge of all online marketing channels including SEM, SEO, Display and other performance oriented channels.
Structured and data-driven with the ability to review and control existing online Marketing channels
Excellent negotiator with the ability to build strong relationships with partners
Some technical knowledge, such as HTML etc, desirable
Flexible, motivated and team oriented
German or British native with other European languages a plus
